1. Introduction and Acceptance

9. Limitation of Liability

In any event, eb9's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your eb9 account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

eb9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account and withhold associated funds where, in eb9's reasonable assessment, one or more of the following has occurred:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of proceeds of crime.
• Age verification failure or evidence that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals filed against eb9 for legitimate transactions.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game or betting outcomes.
• Use of automated tools, bots, or exploit scripts on the platform.
• Multi-accounting or systemic bonus abuse.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

If these Terms are translated into another language, the English-language version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or conflict between language versions.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and eb9 and supersede all prior understandings or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Waiver: eb9's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of eb9's right to enforce it on a future occasion.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without eb9's prior written consent. eb9 may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any successor entity or acquirer without restriction.
